Sarvatra Technologies is one of India’s leading card-issuing platforms (hosted), having issued 18+ million RuPay debit cards to bank customers across the country. We have printed and personalized millions of RuPay Debit cards on behalf of hundreds of banks across the country. Now Sarvatra has its own card manufacturing unit operating out of a 12,000 square foot facility with state-of-the-art machinery and highly secured 3-shutter structure for material movement.

Sarvatra MyCard
Sarvatra MyCard is a personalised card service wherein the bank customer can choose the design to be printed on their card. MyCard is like a fun accessory for the customer’s wallet that lets them make a personal statement. Whether the bank customer is buying groceries or treating themself to something nice, this card lets them do it in style. It allows the customer to pick a design of their choice for their issuer bank debit card, so it feels more personal to them. The customer can select their favourite image from background graphic designs, family photographs, pet photos, vacation photos — so there’s something for everyone.
Sarvatra MyCard is safe and secure to use and works just like a regular debit card, with these benefits to the bank:

A. Pre-Personalisation Process

- Template design by Sarvatra graphic design team
- Bank approval of template design
- Template design approval by NPCI (a one-time approval is needed from NPCI for the inclusion of Bank and NPCI logos and other standard details and specifications)
- Production of front-side blank cards for MyCard inventory
B. MyCard Personalisation Process

- Bank uploads MyCard request file and customer image in SMUI (Sarvatra Middleware UI)
- We process the request from SMUI, upon which the graphic designers at our card unit conduct image quality checks, editing, and optimization of the customer image. Moreover, our designers select the appropriate Bank and RuPay logo variants (normal or reverse) for brand visibility against image background, as per NPCI brand guidelines
- We print customer image on a blank card and deliver the personalised card to the bank
