Position Objective: Sarvatra IT infrastructure support

Responsibilities
-
- Managing periodic reporting on the progress to the management and the customer
- Managing stakeholders and external interfaces
- Linux and Windows OS hardening
- Monitoring internal and production hosts using Prometheus, Grafana, Kibana, ELK
- Scripting operational tasks for faster and less error-prone execution
- Coordination and communication within the team and auditing team
Experience
-
- 3 to 7 years of experience of working on Linux and Windows based infrastructure
Knowledge and Skills
-
- Linux / Windows System Admin experience (preferably RedHat, Centos, Fedora, Ubuntu, OEL, or Microsoft)
- Understanding of Windows 2016/19/22
- Troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of various tools, open source technologies, and cloud services (OCI, AWS)
- Software backup
- Virtualization: vSphere, Hyper-V, Zen, Oracle Cloud, Nutanix
- Team spirit
