Position Objective: To provide day-to-day L1 support to application clients

Project Location(s): Pune
Education: Bachelor's / Master's degree in Computer Science

Responsibilities

    • Customer interaction, understanding the issues / complaints / requirements
    • Providing the expected reply on priority as per the SLA defined
    • Deciding severity / level of the issue and channelizing it as per predefined process
    • Transaction monitoring

Nature of Work

    • Rotational shifts, including night duty for male candidates
    • For female candidates, rotational shifts starting from Morning 7:00 am to 8:00 pm
    • 9-hour shift

Experience

    • 1 to 2 years experience

Knowledge and Skills

    • Able to perform multitasking duties
    • Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi
    • Basic knowledge of payment domain
    • Experience and capability of handling escalation and provide the solution
    • Customer handling experience
    • Basic knowledge of networking
    • Flexible for the 24×7 shift, including night shift
    • Flexible for the odd weekly off
    • Should be available post working hours to attend the escalation / issues
    • Should be available for the major activities like DR drill / major release, change
    • Need to attend the online/offline meeting with Bank / NPCI / Vendor etc.
