
Sarvatra Rewards
Sarvatra Rewards is India’s first bank-led rewards program for UPI users, to extend the rewards of UPI as well as Card payments to the customers of our participating client banks. Bank customers stand to automatically collect rewards whenever they use their UPI and Cards to pay to any merchant within our network of affiliated brands across India.
Once onboarded on Sarvatra Rewards app, customers of participating banks can earn rewards when they use their registered UPI IDs and Cards at our affiliate merchant outlets. These rewards, in the form of discount points, are interoperable across all merchants. Moreover, customers automatically earn rewards not only from using their preferred PSP apps, but also from their banks, for their loyalty.

Sarvatra Rewards is powered by Single.id a trademark owned by Enigmatic Smile — focused on supporting the growth of a global and circular rewards economy. This rewards economy is comprised of thousands of retailers, millions of consumers, and a growing number of quality publishers. And in this loyalty economy, bank cards become customer identifiers, a network of branded apps becomes a new advertising medium, and opt-in marketing consents are gathered for merchants, allowing direct communication with customers. Most significantly, a merchant-issued “discount voucher rupees” (v₹) flows through the economy, completely eliminating the cost of rewards for merchants. Merchants can provide card-linked discount offers without ever being invoiced. Instead, they simply “vow” to accept back the same value they issue in rewards, in discount vouchers in their stores, or against their gift cards. Consolidated reporting and customer insights across publishers are possible for the first time, with zero chance of double billing.
Currently, “Sarvatra Rewards” is compatible with UPI and RuPay cards and is fully compliant with GDPR and India’s data protection laws.
